Learning overview
As Apple continues to expand and evolve its hardware and software, we understand that facilitation of knowledge is critical for many users.
Mac Worcs is committed to providing its clients with the best learning opportunities and we customise learning according to need: from remote 1-on-1 to in person 1-on-1, to small-group sessions (remote or in person, maximum 4 people).
We also offer a free service in conjunction with our primary vendor partners to give existing clients and potential new clients the opportunity to learn how to decide when to buy and what to buy.
Remote or In-Person
Covid-19 lockdowns taught us the value of remote learning and we now offer learning in-person or remotely.
One-to-one consultations
Many clients have requested the opportunity to learn at their pace and schedule and to that end, we have the option for 1-on-1 learning for those who learn best in that manner. We offer this in-person or remotely.
Group classes
Small group learning is designed more for intermediate to advanced users who are very comfortable with the Mac environment, the hardware and software.
These small group sessions/classes are available in-person or remotely.
Webinars
Mac Worcs will leverage the best of the web to re-post links to webinars (both free and pay) for clients.
Public advice clinics
Working with our vendor partners, we will periodically offer free in-store help to our clients for advice when considering the purchase of new hardware, software and other technology accessories.
