What did we provide?
Working closely with the client, Mac Worcs was positioned as an extension of the client’s IT Operations in London, with direct reporting to the company’s IT Manager in London.
What were the results?
Mac Worcs became the ongoing support for the client’s Bermuda Office IT environment as an operations engineer. An annual contract was drawn up for one day per week minimum, with extra time as required. This relationship continues to prove the viability of Apple products and operating systems as completely viable and secure in the business sector.
